Room Hire

At Aberdeen Methodist Church we can offer rooms for short-term hire by community groups when not required for church use. So if you're looking to hire a room, either for a one-off event or for recurring activities (courses, sport/ craft groups etc) - please get in touch with us by email or FB Page to discuss your requirements.

Aberdeen Methodist Church is located in the heart of Aberdeen city : 4 min away from Aberdeen train and Bus station and Union Square shopping centre, 3 min walk off from Union Street which is the main artery of the Aberdeen city offering a lot of places to eat and shop.

For the convenience of event participants there is a small kitchen and 3 toilets located on a ground floor and a large kitchen and toilet on the first floor. Foldable tables and chairs available should you require them for your booking. There is a small private car park to the side of the church if not used by church members.

Sanctuary
Suitable for concerts, presentations, fairs or other large group activities. Located on ground floor and accessible via front entrance or side entrances for people with limited mobility.
Capacity is up to 150 people including Sanctuary balconies.
Price: £30 per hour 		Hall
Suitable for dance, sport, craft activities where a capacity for a bigger group is required. Located on first floor and via staircases only therefore not suitable for people with limited mobility.
Capacity is up to 60-70 people depending on the type of the activity.
Price: £20 per hour
Room 4
Suitable for small meetings, discussion / book clubs and other small group activities - complete with kitchen facilities. Located on ground floor and accessible via front entrance or side entrances for people with limited mobility.
Capacity is up to 10 people.
Price: £5 per hour 		Room 2
Suitable for small meetings, music group rehearsals (has a piano), craft / book clubs and other not too large group activities.
Capacity is up to 20 people.
Price: £5 per hour
